Dysfunctional air-conditioning: Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room didn't work properly, leading to an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were modern and comfortable. My room had all the latest technology, making my stay even more convenient. The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and cute. They even surprised my boyfriend with a birthday card and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate.

The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with fantastic rainfall showers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The breakfast, although simple, is tasty and plentiful, providing a good start to the day.

The cooling system in the hotel seemed to be not working correctly, which can be an inconvenience during hot weather.
